Our most recent ‘IPHour’ (webinar series) was titled ‘Patent Litigation In India: Year In Review’.

The High Courts in India have been quite busy in the past 18 months which has resulted in several important judgments being rendered. What that means is that a recaliberation in strategy might be required for both the protection and enforcement of rights. On September 1, 2022, Pankaj Soni (Partner) and Ankush Verma (Managing Associate) looked at recent developments in litigation, explained how the patent landscape has shifted in India and analysed if it is moving in the right direction.
