Heย spoke on how changes in the Patent Rules have made compliance easier for right holders in terms ofย filing duty of disclosureย andย statement of working obligations. He alsoย threw light on how theย new rules have provided flexibilities for applicants re deadlines under the law.

Fellow panelists included S K Murthy (Patent Counsel, Intel Corporation), Bejoy Namath (Global Leader Intellectual Property, Momentive) and Ramya Rao (Partner, K&S Partners) with Jyothi V K (General Counsel and Sr. VP, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd.) as the moderator. The conversation spanned topical IP issues and was well received.
