Simran is actively involved in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on trademark infringement, unfair competition, copyright and design infringement and domain name disputes. She actively represents clients before various courts including district courts, high courts, and the Indian Supreme Court. Additionally, she provides advisory services to clients spanning various industries on matters encompassing all aspects of intellectual property laws, both contentious and non-contentious.
