Mahesh works with clients across a wide range of technologies, including software, electronics and telecommunications, and mechanical devices and instruments. He provides strategic advice to large corporations and start-up companies in the development of their patent portfolios and assists with freedom to operate searches and analysis. His practice includes patent prosecution, providing infringement and invalidity opinions, conducting patentability/ novelty searches, counselling clients on design-around advice and competitive monitoring and analysis as well as assisting with due diligence exercises.
He is also a registered patent agent.
