Pulkit is involved in drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications before the Indian Patent Office and various foreign offices including the International Bureau (WIPO). His expertise is particularly strong in the areas of pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, nanotechnology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, polymers, microbiology, molecular biology and biotechnology.
A registered patent agent, he has significant experience in advising clients on freedom to operate/ infringement issues as well as the validity and enforcement of patents. He also appears regularly before the Indian Patent Office in connection with prosecution of patents and enforcement of patent rights.
