Pratik is a registered advocate with over two and a half years of experience in the prosecution of patent applications, particularly in the field of mechanical, electrical, electronics and computer related inventions. Currently, his practice includes conducting patentability/ novelty searches and advising clients on objections raised in office actions and drafting responses to examination reports issued by the Patent Office, based upon client inputs and discussions. He also represents clients at oral proceedings before the Patent Office.
