Seetha heads the Firm’s Chennai Office. With more than a decade’s experience in the field of patent law and protection, she works with clients across various fields of technology including computers, electrical, electronics, telecommunications and software though the last two are especially strong areas of focus. Her practice includes rendering patentability opinions, conducting patentability searches, preparing infringement analysis, as well as drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications. In this connection she appears regularly before the Patent Office and the Intellectual Property Apellate Board (IPAB) and has brought numerous matters to a successful conclusion.
This apart, Seetha also has experience in handling trademark applications and she often represents clients before the Trade Marks Office in Chennai.
