IPHour is Remfry & Sagar’s webinar series. The February 2026 edition titled “AI & Copyright: Reshaping Norms”, saw Atul Churamani (Managing Director, TURNKEY MUSIC) and Kinaat Sisodia (Director Legal, ZEE Entertainment) in conversation with Remfry & Sagar Partner Shivam Vikram Singh.

The panel unpacked AI's impact on creative industries and looked at copyright issues that arise at the point of training LLM's (input stage) to risks around outputs, attribution and royalties (output stage). A key thread was the policy debate on compulsory licensing.
