A registered patent agent, Neha primarily handles prosecution of patent applications and assists in patent drafting in the areas of mechanical, electrical, electronics and telecommunications engineering. She regularly represents many of our Japanese clients before the Indian Patent Office. She is also involved in conducting patentability searches and managing patent portfolios for Indian and overseas clients – regularly advising on the various provisions of the Indian Patents Act, its interpretations and manner of enforcement, with a view to ensuring the successful acquisition of patent rights.

Neha’s previous professional experience encompassed prosecution of patent and trademark applications as well as the handling contentious patent matters.
