Gaurav has extensive litigation experience in the field of trademarks, copyright and unfair competition having actively prosecuted a number of cases before courts throughout the country. He has effectively devised and implemented brand protection strategies for clients from diverse sectors such as publishing, consumer goods, healthcare, apparel, automobile, real estate etc. Also, he is the go-to person at the Firm for companies seeking anti-counterfeiting advice and action against infringing activities.
In addition to intellectual property, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) too form part of his portfolio.
His knowledge of the Indian Courts apart, Gaurav also handled the Firm’s erstwhile operations in the People’s Republic of China. Currently, he is the face of the Firm for the Chinese IP community and well placed to assist any client who is looking for IP advice vis-à-vis the Chinese market.
With his wide experience, he often shares his legal views and perspectives before various domestic and international fora.
