Balamurali handles prosecution of patent applications in several fields encompassing electrical, mechanical, electronics and telecommunications, as well as computer related inventions. He also appears regularly before the Patent Office for oral hearings in connection with such matters.
In addition, he has experience in prosecution of trademark applications and attending show cause hearings in trademark opposition matters.
His previous work experience includes legal practice at another firm as well as a stint as a software engineer at HCL Technologies Ltd.
Balamurali is a registered patent agent and member of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
