Anu Sharma
Managing Associate
Anu joined the Firm in 2011 and is well acquainted with all aspects of trademarks law with an emphasis on contentious issues particularly oppositions and cancellations before the Trade Marks Office and Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB). She has advised a wide array of clients across a diverse spectrum of trade and industry, managed trademark portfolios through the entire prosecution process, developed and implemented enforcement strategies and argued several opposition/cancellation cases at the Trade Marks Office and IPAB.
Anu has also represented the Firm in various conferences and forums including the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
Before she joined Remfry & Sagar, Anu gained valuable experience at another IP firm, representing clients before the courts in a wide variety of trademarks disputes including those related to trademark infringement.
